Job Duties:
- Coordinate the entire recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Schedule virtual and in-person interviews across different time zones with internal team members and candidates.
- Conduct labor market testing to support international mobility.
- Support reporting requirements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Assist with team priorities and projects to improve team operations and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
- Promote diversity and inclusion in the talent acquisition process to foster a varied and inclusive workforce.
- Stay updated on talent acquisition trends, competitor insights, and industry best practices.
Job Requirements:
- Prior exprience in consultancy firms will be an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills
