3) Proven experience in an HR Officer role or similar position.
4) In-depth knowledge in employment legislation.
5) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6) Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
7) Display excellent organisational skills, good time-management skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
8) Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of profeesionalism.
Job Description:
1) Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
2) Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program that welcomes new hires and integrates them into the company culture.
3) Implement and administer HR policies and procedures in compliance with company guidelines and applicable employment Rules and Regulations.
4) Assist in the development and delivery of HR training programs for employees and management.
5) Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, such as employee surveys, team-building activities and recognition programs.
6) Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
7) Stay updated with HR trends and best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement of HR processes.
