Job Description
- Creating and posting of job advertisements on various platforms
- Arrange and conduct interviews with management
- Handle work pass application, renewal, and cancellation
- Handle all related government claims (NS/ Maternity/ Paternity/ Childcare Leave/Traineeship) and government grants
- Handle staff on-boarding and off-boarding
- Keep track and update all leaves applications and claims
- Drafting company contracts, letters, memos etc
- Assist in payroll function
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or any related discipline
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of the Employment Act
- Detailed-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to start immediately or within short notice period (<2 weeks)
