Roles & Responsibilities
- Candidate must be able to handle day-to-day general admin and office matters independently
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including scanning, copying and printing
- Handle text and email enquiries from customers
- Maintain basic office cleanliness
- Supporting HR efforts with talent recruitment
- Supporting Sales team with admin duties
- Tracking and maintaining of stocks for stationeries, office equipment, and other materials.
- Other ad-hoc admin duties as assigned
- Assist in events management (such as order of refreshments, preparation of logistics and meeting materials, etc).
- Other ad-hoc admin duties as assigned
Skills
- Basic English and Mandarin speaking required
- Basic computer skills
- Able to use Google Suite efficiently
- Detailed and oriented
