Job Description:
- Review, develop and implement HR policies, procedures and guidelines to be in-line with all statutory requirements
- Oversee recruitment process (including job posting/ advertising, screening, interviewing candidates), orientation of new employees to the organization, and following through of resignation process.
- Review employment contracts and handle employee enquiry on HR related policies and practices.
- Responsible for employment administration and reporting matters (including leave records, government claims (i.e. NS/ childcare leave claims, IR21))
- Ensure compliance with legal, and all MOM and government requirements.
- Carry out application, issuance, and cancellation of work passes in a timely manner.
- Keep track of renewal and expiry dates of employees.
- Administer, maintain and update employee information and personnel files.
- Perform general office administrative duties.
- Management of statutory checks and declaration in the event of pandemic
- Payroll function is not required for this position.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Human Resource Management or equivalent in related discipline.
- Proficient computer skill(s) in MS Office required.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Eye for details and meticulous.
- Must possess strong personal communication skills, the ability to influence and lead changes.
- An understanding of any dialects, and/or any 3rd language would be an advantage (in order to liaise with the any dialects, and/or any 3rd language speaking associates).
