Job description:
- Collecting, distributing, and tracking of hardcopy mails for the relevant department.
- Follow-up on returned mails and Lost & Found Cards.
- Processing of data entry, verification of supporting documents, assessment of application, follow-up on incomplete applications, direction of forms to union, scanning of hardcopy forms for record purposes.
- Other Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job requirements:
- Only Singaporean.
- Minimum Degree any other relevant disciplines.
