Responsibilities:
- Perform onsite servicing and installation of surveillance systems, including cameras and DVRs.
- Conduct daily corrective and preventive maintenance of surveillance equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
- Clean cameras, check CCTV coverage, and review DVR recording records as part of preventive maintenance.
- Prepare and submit preventive maintenance reports to customers.
- Support installation and commissioning of CCTV systems, electrical wiring, and cabling.
- Maintain detailed logs of required repairs and maintenance activities.
- Provide onsite field support to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Assist in troubleshooting and repairing CCTV and related systems as needed.
- Be available for overtime when required and be on standby for alternate weekends and public holidays.
Requirements:
- Experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems or related fields.
- Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts, with flexibility for overtime and standby duties.
- Strong technical skills in CCTV systems, electrical wiring, and cabling installation.
- Ability to prepare maintenance reports and maintain detailed logs.
- Must hold a valid Class 3 Manual Driving License.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in varying conditions, including outdoors, at heights, and in different locations.
