The Human Resource and School Administration Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices, processes, and school administrative functions within the school. Driving HR Development and leading a team for HR Operations and School Administration, this role reports to the Vice Principal (Administration).
Key Responsibilities include
HR Development Functions
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures and systems to ensure they meet organizational and regulatory standards.
- Support training & development and staff engagement activities.
HR Operations Functions
- Manage employment contracts
- Handle employee compensation and benefits function, ensuring competitive and fair compensation structures.
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing and making job offers.
- Accurately process monthly payrolls for all employees, including CPF contributions, income tax submissions (IR8A), and other statutory requirements.
- Maintenance of employee records and HR systems.
School Administration
- Oversees school administration functions such as front-counter duties, office stationery supplies, catering and bus bookings
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR related discipline or possess a HR professional certification
- Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist or relevant experience
- Proficient and effective communicator and good interpersonal skills
- An eye for detail with strong analytical ability and a good understanding of the Singapore Employment Act
