The Role
The job involves planning and executing various campus recruiting programs across multiple businesses and countries to source exceptional interns and full time employees. The role requires creativity to innovate recruiting strategies and solve complex problems while ensuring meticulous attention to detail. Responsibilities also include collaboration with teammates and business partners to propel the campus recruiting strategy, organizing physical and virtual recruiting events, building and strengthening relationships with universities and external partners, and carrying out consistent marketing and communications to prospective candidates.
Your Profile
The perfect candidate brings over four years of professional recruiting experience with deep knowledge of the recruiting landscape across APAC. This individual is eager to learn new skills and keen to make an immediate impact. Excellent communication skills allow them to interact effectively with colleagues, candidates, and external partners. This role also requires strong event-planning skills, with enthusiasm to lead and participate in various recruiting events.
