IT Support Engineer (Banking, Up to $4,000)
Job Responsibilities:
- Installation and configuration of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Manage information security and network management, including troubleshooting IT issues,maintaining network infrastructure and servers, and installing or upgrading hardware and software.
- Create user accounts and manage access control following HQ policies.
- Handle IT asset management, including company mobile phones, inventory checks, and asset allocation.
- Provide technical support across the company, either face to face and over the phone.
- Assist during power shutdowns, quarterly office maintenance, and the implementations of infrastructure project .
Job Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in IT with 1-2 years of experience in IT troubleshooting and operations
- Knowledge or experience in troubleshooting IT issues, installing new hardware and software, and managing IT assets.
- Working experiences in supporting the financial industry is a plus.
- Strong technical skills with a logical approach to problem-solving.
- Detail-oriented, well organized, and able to interact effectively at all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in engaging stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic, and a collaborative team player
- Proficient in MS Office
- Candidate who can speak Japanese to communicate with counterparts in Japan is a valuable asset, though not a mandatory requirement.
