Summary

The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire HR portfolio, including reviewing and monitoring all policies, processes, systems, and HR activities, while contributing to the growth of our dynamic organization.


Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and off-boarding.
  • Handle Ministry of Manpower (MOM) matters, such as work pass applications and survey submissions.
  • Oversee payroll administration, analyze compensation surveys, and gather necessary information to prepare compensation proposals and budgets.
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates to the HR system for payroll processing.
  • Submit government-paid leave claims promptly.
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements in all HR practices and records.
  • Collaborate with Business Unit heads on recruitment needs for outlets.
  • Address and identify employee concerns, manage disciplinary inquiries, and escalate grievances to management as needed.
  • Prepare weekly reports on employee matters, including disciplinary actions and grievances.
  • Advise employees on internal HR processes, policies, legal regulations, and personnel issues, including C&B and policy explanations, and letter preparation.
  • Participate in implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal and local regulations.
  • Manage annual appraisal exercises, salary reviews, and wage supplement computations and payouts.
  • Handle other ad-hoc tasks, including supporting payroll-related matters as required.

Job Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Self-motivated, independent, diligent, and a strong team player.
  • Recruitment experience in F&B/Retail and knowledge of Info-tech systems is an added advantage.
  • Availability to start immediately or within short notice is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
