What the role is:
SGTraDex Technologies Pte Ltd is a company incorporated to design, own and operate SGTraDex, a trusted and secured data exchange highway. We are on a mission to make data exchange simplified for all - where others see challenges, we see opportunities.
You will be part of the SGTraDex Technologies Tech planning/business development team. The Customer Solutions Manager will report to the Head of Planning, driving development and implementation of mid to long term strategy to drive SGTraDex growth and adoption.
What you will be working on:
- In this dynamic role, you will take on end-to-end ownership of a diverse range of projects and initiatives, working closely with a diverse range of external and internal stakeholders.
- You will leverage your consulting, program management and technology skills to understand our customer's business objectives and biggest challenges in data sharing and be their trusted advisor to develop executable plans using our solutions to achieve the best outcome.
- You will blend leadership with hands-on execution as you interface with and influence a talented multi-disciplinary team, playing an important role in bringing projects from conception to launch, driving implementation to success.
- You will serve as the bridge between our customers and our organization, ensuring that their needs and perspectives are at the forefront as we develop and implement data sharing solutions that deliver exceptional value. Your role is to make our customers' data sharing experience a smooth and hassle-free process.

What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in digital transformation projects. Data warehousing and/or data solutioning experience would be a clear added advantage.
- 3+ years of experience in customer facing roles to solve business problems through technology solutions.
- Ability to understand business challenges and leverage technology solutions to address them.
- Self-motivated, methodical, process-oriented, organized problem solver.
- Strong multitasking abilities, quick adaptability, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Track record of managing stakeholders in both the private and public sectors.
- Familiarity with government operations and processes is an added advantage.
- Excellent collaborator with a proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills is a must.
