The HR Ecology is collaborating with our client, a hospital equipment supplier, to recruit an HR Manager. This role will involve overseeing HR operations and leading a small team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the processes of recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Maintain employee records while ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and leave processes.
- Provide support for compensation and benefits, including annual bonus reviews, budget planning, and talent cycle management.
- Assist with monthly CPF submissions, NS claims, government claims, tax submissions, and other payroll-related tasks.
- Prepare and manage regular and ad hoc HR reports, and support all HR-related surveys.
- Administer employee work injury cases and manage all insurance-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Address employee grievances and manage disciplinary actions.
- Oversee office supplies, facilities maintenance, and vendor management.
- Coordinate company events and meetings.
- Undertake special projects and tasks as directed by Senior Management.
Requirements:
- Degree in HR, Business Administration or relevant field
- At least 6 to 10 years of full spectrum HR experience
