Location: Queensway Secondary School, 2A Margaret Drive, Singapore 149295
Service Contract Period:
- Start Date: 1 November 2024
- End Date: 31 October 2025
- Extension Option: One additional year (1 November 2025 to 31 October 2026) at the discretion of the school.
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM (inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break)
- Fridays: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break)
- No service required on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Scope of Work:
The Personnel will be responsible for:
- Unlocking and locking classroom doors daily for levels 1 to 6 and performing daily checks.
- Monitoring students outside the designated School Gate from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM daily.
- Cleaning assigned rooms daily, including:6 Science laboratories and preparation rooms
2-3 Special Rooms (e.g., Maker Space)
- Performing light gardening duties (e.g., weeding, planting, watering, and maintaining potted plants).
- Checking and clearing potential mosquito breeding areas daily and conducting weekly perimeter checks for mosquito breeding.
- Assisting with logistics support for school events and activities.
- Arranging suitable plants for major school functions (e.g., Speech Day, National Day).
- Working closely with pest control contractors and NEA personnel on mosquito prevention measures.
- Performing other administrative or operational tasks as assigned by school management.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Fluency in English.
- Preferably at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
