Job Description
- Lead recruitment for construction roles, ensuring alignment with project needs.
- Implement HR policies and manage performance reviews onsite support
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Handle onboarding and work pass applications for new hires.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or related.
- 1- 3 years of TA experience in construction sector or IHRS - Certified personnel will be highly advantage
