Location: First Toa Payoh Primary School, 7 Lorong 8 Toa Payoh, Singapore 319252
Service Contract Period:
- Start Date: 1 January 2025 (or upon issuance of the Letter of Acceptance)
- End Date: 31 December 2025
- Extension Option: One additional year (1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026) at the discretion of the school.
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break)
- Fridays: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break)
- No service required on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Scope of Work:
The Personnel will be responsible for:
- Providing front-line customer service (handling walk-ins and phone queries) for both the School and the MOE Kindergarten.
- Assisting in events management (ordering refreshments, preparing logistics and meeting materials, etc.).
- Supporting teaching staff with administrative tasks such as contacting parents and generating reports.
- Handling students who are unwell, late, or need early dismissal.
- Managing documents related to Financial Assistance and Bursary applications.
- Tracking and maintaining stationery, office equipment, and other materials.
- Performing general administrative duties including data entry, data collation, goods receiving, filing, and printing name tags.
- Any other tasks assigned by the School Leaders, Administration Manager, and Operations Managers.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- GCE ‘O’ or N Level Certificates preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Strong customer service orientation, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A good team player with initiative, independence, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience working in schools is advantageous.
