Position: HR Employee Support & Advisory Executive
Location: Raffles
Duration/Time: 12 Months, Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
Salary: Up to $4500
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the onboarding process, including employee screenings, issuance of offer letters, and employee declarations.
- Initiate post-employment screenings, reporting any discrepancies to HR Business Partners for further action.
- Manage staff movement activities such as transfers, secondments, employment conversions, retirements, and terminations.
- Handle activities related to the Representative Notification Framework for financial advisers as required.
- Administer work pass applications and renewals for employees and their dependents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems, ensuring adherence to data management best practices.
- Ensure timely and secure storage of employee documents in the electronic personnel file system.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to inquiries from employees and stakeholders.
- Perform any additional duties or projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Employment Act.
- High initiative, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Openness to adopting new HR technologies and processes.
