Receptionist cum Admin Assistant @ Lorong 8 Toa Payoh
Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025
Option to Extend: For a further period of 1 year (at the company's discretion)
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
· Mondays to Thursdays: 7.00am to 4.00pm, inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break
· Fridays: 7.00am to 3.30pm, inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break
· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
The Personnel shall be competent to perform the following:
• Provide front-line customer service (deals with walk-ins and phone queries) for School and MOE Kindergarten;
• Assist in events management (such as order of refreshments, preparation of logistics and meeting materials, etc).
• Assist teaching staff on administrative duties such as contacting parents, generation of reports, etc.
• Handling of students who are not feeling well, late comers and early dismissal.
• Receive and verify documents for Financial Assistance Scheme applications and Bursary applications.
• Tracking and maintaining of stocks for stationeries, office equipment, and other materials.
• Assist in administrative duties such as data entry, data collation, goods receiving, filing, printing of name tags, etc.
• Carry out any other administrative duties assigned by School Leaders, Administration Manager and Operation Managers.
The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
• GCE ‘O’ or N Level Certificates
• Proficient in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
• Customer service oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good team player with a high level of initiative and independence.
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidate with prior working experiences in schools will be preferred.
