Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Reply customers' queries on defective items and make the necessary arrangements for an exchange or refund
- Arrange for customers' size exchange requests and make the necessary arrangements for an exchange or refund
- Resolve customers’ complaints, provide solutions within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Engaging the key stakeholders involved to resolve customers' issues
- Assist with walk-in customers for self-collection orders, sales and customers’ enquiries
- Ad-hoc duties when required
Requirements and Skills:
· Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
· Required language(s): English
· At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Required Skill(s): Customer Service, Admin, Microsoft Office
· Customer orientation and Excellent communication skills
· Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualification.
