Job Description
We are a fintech financial institution specialising in currency trade and money transfers and is looking for a highly dynamic Customer Services Executive to join our transactional team.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads. In charge of following up with leads, confirming sales appointments and finding leads. Most of this work through phone contact with potential customers, timely communication is important.
- Serve as a gatekeeper. The first point of contact for customers and leads.
- Provide Customer Service. Interact with customers, answer their questions and resolve service mishaps and customer complaints. Take care of existing clients and must sure transaction is completed successfully.
- Assist in manage the overall business support strategy and tactical execution to ensure all end-to-end operations are continuously successful.
- Work closely with various internal groups to understand business requirements and develop a system through which the company can best leverage feedback from customers that we serve through our support channels to improve services.
- Provide administrative support. include preparing sales reports, marketing materials and written communication.
Requirements:
- University degree in the field of accounting & finance, business administration, or other related disciplines. An advanced degree in one these fields is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in a similar capacity. Fresh graduate are welcome.
- Good knowledge of financial services industry will be a strong plus.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin languages to liaise with Chinese counterparts
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to engage a variety of personalities and build strong rapport.
