Job Scope
- Providing HR advisory, support and full spectrum of HR Matters
- Handle employees monthly payroll cycle, CPF, IR21, IR8A, Income tax assessment, application of work permits & employment passes
- Full spectrum of recruitment including advertise, shortlist, arrange interviews, prepare salary proposal, offer successful candidates, onboarding, staff announcement and off-boarding (for leavers)
- Maintain quality data management of employee records in Employee Central/ Success Factor and as administrator for HRMS system in accordance to company’s policies and guidelines.
- Monitor employee’s learning and development through trainings and e-learning courses organized by company
Handle full set of accounts (AP/AR/GL) , Monthly bank reconciliation - Preparation of payments to vendors and payroll & Manage month-end and year-end closing
Requirement:
- Minimum 2-3 years of accounts and hr experience
- Possess a Diploma in Business, Accountancy or related discipline
- Possess knowledge of statutory and employment law
