Job Requirements:
- Reporting directly to Director and providing support in office administration.
- Coordinating and rolling out employee engagement, collating findings, and implementing follow-up measures.
- Talent Management – assisting in coordinating learning and development and collating performance reviews data
- Performing common office administrative tasks.
- Maintaining a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact for related queries from employees and external parties.
- At least 2 Years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office
- Ability to multi-task
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
