Responsibilities:
- Supervise and ensure the effective utilization of center-based services, including day care, community rehab, and center-based nursing.
- Conduct initial assessments and orientations for potential clients and families, which may involve accessing and verifying information through the National Means Test System (NMTS) and Financial Assistance (FA) systems.
- Provide orientation and counseling to clients, family members, staff, and volunteers at the Center.
- Collaborate with key partners to plan, track, and implement programs and schedules.
- Assist in managing the budget and ensuring cost-effectiveness in the Center's operations.
- Identify and plan for training needs for staff and coordinate with HR for required training programs.
- Manage Center facilities and logistics, including procurement of supplies, vendor and contractor management, and transportation fleet management.
- Collaborate with the Communications & Development department to secure donations, volunteers, and sponsorships.
- Manage adverse situations and ensure the well-being of Center clients, staff, and volunteers.
- Maintain confidentiality of information related to the Center, clients, staff, volunteers, and service providers.
- Develop, review, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Senior Care Centers and Active Aging Centers.
- Provide oversight and support to the Center Supervisor in managing the Day Care Center.
- Collaborate and initiate partnerships with Active Aging partners and stakeholders to enhance health and well-being.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Nursing and above.
- At least 5 years of working experience in healthcare or senior care setting.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience
- Day Care setting experience
