Job Summary:
The Human Resources Executive (Business Partner) plays a crucial role in managing HR functions, providing strategic support in manpower planning, training, employee life cycle management, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, preferably within an IT-related industry, and will work closely with various stakeholders to foster a productive and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in manpower planning, offering suggestions on manpower requirements, advising on statutory requirements, and projecting manpower costs.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis for all subsidiaries, manage the training requisition process, maintain training records, and organize internships and other educational programs in collaboration with educational institutions.
- Ensure efficient delivery of HR services in compliance with local rules and regulations, including leave and benefits administration, monthly payroll processing, work pass administration, and participation in government surveys.
- Own the employee life cycle data, from hiring to termination, including payroll changes and termination documents.
- Manage staff confirmation, contract renewal, resignation, and salary review exercises, monitor headcount changes, and compile HR reports.
- Follow up on the off-boarding process, ensuring exit interviews and clearances are appropriately completed.
- Review and update HR policies and procedures in response to changes in the Employment Act.
- Facilitate the annual performance appraisal and bonus exercise.
- Assist in any other HR projects as assigned.

Education & Experience:
