Job Description:
- Responsible for preparing the restaurant and retail space for both opening and closing operations.
- Welcome customers upon arrival, assist with seating, and ensure a pleasant dining experience. Bid farewell to customers as they leave.
- Guide customers on the ordering system and answer any queries related to services, menus, or offers.
- Serve food to customers promptly and politely, ensuring a high level of service quality.
- Provide support to kitchen staff when required.
- Clear and clean tables after customers have left, and manage dish clearance throughout the dining experience.
Work Schedule:
- Retail hours
- 5.5 days per week
- Overtime
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’/’O’ Level or equivalent.
- Prior experience in the F&B industry is a plus, but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Ability to work well in a team and assist colleagues as needed.
- Able to stand for long periods and handle physical tasks such as carrying trays and cleaning tables.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by the retail hours schedule..
- Adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
