My client is a maritime catering organization looking for Purchasing Coordinator / Catering Coordinator.
Work from home 2 time a week
5 days, 9am to 6pm (comfortable to come back on weekends once or twice a month)
Responsibilities:
- Managing provision Budgets for vessel
- Preparation & Processing of vessels’ orders / Reports
- Supplier research & Selection (If Required)
- Monitoring Vessels’ Schedule
- Vessels’ Inventory Management
- Completion of all orders before the date of supply and to make sure all orders are confirmed & ready for delivery/arrangement
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service / Maritime
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
