About Jal
Our name “Jal” means water in Hindi. Water is formless and seamless, with the ability to adapt to any form. Even in the face of obstacles, water is adaptable and rises to immense heights. This forms our core belief, which is that everyone has what it takes to be like water and adapt.
CCE Floater will be responsible to do covers whenever the company is in need. You will be on standby and have to make yourself available once you are called up. You will be covering the duties of our permanent CCE during their off days/MC in multiple locations. Willing to travel.
Job descriptions:
Customer Care Team takes over after a new sign up by;
- Sending Personalised Welcome Message
- Introduce yourself, share important policies: booking, waitlist, suspension, transfer, late cancellation and no show etc
- Engage and build rapport to gather early feedback and provide support
Customer Care Team Engagement for Existing Members;
- Personalised Check-in message at 1/3/6 months
- Review members attendance & frequency
- Check in with members who stop coming regularly
- Offer suspension for medical or travel reasons (FOC for 1st time)
- Offer Jal Care kit for medical suspension
- Track and prepare Birthday Cards
- Maintain Complaint Tracker – ensure closure
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Able to handle cleaning duties such as mats sanitising, studio upkeep, wrapping up the studio by end shift
- Admin background is a must
Must be able to commit either these hours;
7am - 3pm (1 hr lunch) Weekdays, 8am - 6pm on weekends (1hr lunch)
