Job Description
- Trade Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to increase product visibility and sales within retail channels.
Collaborate with sales teams to design promotional activities tailored to different retail environments.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust trade marketing plans accordingly.
- Retail Marketing: Execute retail marketing initiatives, including in-store promotions, point-of-sale (POS) displays, and product placement.
Manage relationships with retailers to ensure brand consistency and optimal shelf positioning.
Coordinate with category managers to optimize product assortment and inventory levels.
- Brand Management: Oversee the execution of brand campaigns at the retail level to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.
Monitor brand performance in retail settings and adjust strategies as needed to meet KPIs.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all trade marketing activities.
The Successful Applicant
- Diploma/ Degree in Business or related studies
- Good knowledge in Digital marketing and social media will be an additional PLUS
- Minimum 2 years working experience in retail marketing/ FMCG trading experience
