HR Executive

Recruitment:

  • End to end talent acquisition; which includes preparing job descriptions, sourcing job posting portals and agents, and coordinating and participating in the interviews
  • Creative recruitment / sourcing for talents and formulating recruitment strategies to attract talent in line with the business requirement
  • Business partnering the line managers to understand their department plan and the manpower requirements and, providing HR guidance when appropriate.

Payroll:

  • Managing payroll computation for management staffs.
  • Generate payroll report, CPF contribution, income tax submission (IR8A)

Performance Management:

  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve employee engagement.
  • performance evaluation
  • Assist in the annual performance review exercise
  • Oversees staff career planning and appraisal processes

On-boarding/off-boarding:

  • In-charge of new hires onboarding programme and resignees' offboarding process
  • Apply work pass for foreign employees

Training:

  • Assist in the planning of company-wide training needs analysis and training implementation
  • In-charge of company-wide training, employee relation and employee engagement activities
  • Process training grants applications

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Oversees staff compensation & benefit programs, giving recommendations to strengthen the programs
  • Assist to develop and roll out new HR systems such as job grading, salary banding,

Administrations:

  • Assist in Sales, Admin and Accounts in administrative task as and when required.

Job Requirements

  • The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years of HR Generalist or equivalent experience
  • The candidate should possess minimally a diploma / degree in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Preferably someone from the constructions, renovation or equivalent industry
  • Experience in applying Work Permits and Employment Passes
  • Must have strong knowledge of Singapore MOM regulations
