Job Scope:
You will be part of the Organisational Planning team that implements client’s Corporate Planning processes and events.
- Plan, organise and execute corporate events
- Coordinate the application process for funding proposals so that the client’s programmes are adequately resourced
- Provide support for secretariat and administrative duties within the department
- Undertake other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Degree
- Knowledge and experience in planning and event management would be advantageous.
- Good writing, analytical, and presentation skills
- Meticulous with an eye for details
- Self-motivated and resourceful
Contract Period: 3 months + 3 months extension
Location: Scotts Road
Salary: $19 to $21 per hour
Working Arrangement: Mon to Fri
