Position Overview:
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for both HR and accounting? We're looking for an HR cum Accounts Assistant/Executive to play a key role in ensuring our business runs smoothly. In this dynamic dual role, you'll manage essential HR tasks and maintain our financial records, contributing to our company’s continued success.
What You’ll Do:
HR Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment: post job ads, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
- Manage employee records: handle attendance, leave, and personal data updates.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding: ensure smooth transitions for new and departing staff.
- Support payroll processing: ensure timely CPF submissions and statutory contributions.
- Address employee queries: provide HR support and maintain a positive workplace.
Accounts Responsibilities:
- Maintain financial records: process invoices, receipts, and payments with precision.
- Assist in financial reporting: help prepare statements and reports.
- Reconcile bank statements: ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
- Support month-end and year-end closings: contribute to smooth financial operations.
- Assist in budgeting: help manage company expenses efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
- Diploma in Accounting, HR, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience (preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
