You will facilitate patients’ journey through the various service points in polyclinic by assisting with patients’ registration, appointment scheduling and rescheduling, referral, and payment. You will provide patient care services such as measurement of height, weight, and blood pressure. You will promote and educate patients of self-help services and mobile applications. You will also manage patients’ general enquiries and screen patients’ general condition. You will perform outgoing calls to patients to attend to their escalated requests. You will provide administrative support as and when required. This position is on a 5.5 days’ work week.
Job Requirements
- Polytechnic Diploma, GCE A / O / NITEC qualification.
- Experience in frontline and customer service preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good team player with passion for service excellence.
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
