Job Description:
- Provide functional & operational Human Resources guidance.
- Support the HR Manager in planning, organizing, and controlling the activities of the Human Resources Department.
- Responsible for staying current of all company policies and utilizing HR resources, both electronic and corporate support resources.
- Ensure consistent application of corrective action for violations of company policies and standards of conduct across the facility.
- Coordinate with department managers to assess hiring needs and ensure proper staffing levels.
- Assist and support the hiring process of new employees and ensures employment decisions follow company policy and employment laws.
- Serve as a functional resource for the employee base, ensuring their understanding and compliance with benefits, policies, regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Assist and support employee relation efforts, working closely with the HR manager to develop & implement business aligned HR initiatives that promote effective employee and management relations.
- Ultimately, you will serve as a valuable resource and advocate for employees and will recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to support continual improvement. Job Requirements: Min Degree in Human Resources / Business or similar w min 6 yrs of relevant generalist experience, preferably in healthcare
