1. Review, recommend and implement improvements to HR policies and processes and staff interface experiences with HR services when needed for compliance and competitiveness.
2. Review existing compensation and benefits package with reference to the yearly Social Service Sector Salary Guidelines and other market practices and recommend changes where needed.
3. Draft and prepare recommendations for HR expenditure budget for the financial year.
4. Prepare and submit grants applications and data for surveys related to manpower and staff training.
5. Perform staff recruitment, onboarding and exit functions when necessary.
6. Handle staff insurance purchase, renewal and claims submission.
7. Verify HR claims submission by staff and prepare monthly payroll templates for approval.
8. Support the organization’s annual staff performance appraisal exercise by consolidating staff KPIs.
9. Recommend, plan and implement staff engagement initiatives and events to foster a sense of identity, culture and bonding within the organisation among staff.
10. Support the enhancement of staff training roadmap and initiatives based on the organisation competency framework and staff development plans.
11. Track and compile staff accreditation, training and supervision records for submission to the Ministry.
12. Undertake any other responsibilities and duties assigned.
