3. Full-Time position: Human Resource Executive
Working Days / Hours of work / Overtime
- Working days will be 5 days a week.
- working hours will be from 9am to 6pm.
- Break hours per day: 1 hour
- Rest day: Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Job Posting & Advertising: Managing job postings on various platforms and sourcing candidates.
- Screening & Interviewing: Shortlisting candidates, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with department heads for further interviews.
- Onboarding: Managing the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed, and facilitating orientation.
2. Employee Relations
- Conflict Resolution: Acting as a mediator in resolving disputes between employees or between employees and management.
- Employee Engagement: Organizing employee engagement activities to boost morale and productivity.
- Communication: Ensuring clear and consistent communication between management and employees.
3. Compensation and Benefits
- Payroll Management: Overseeing the payroll process to ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries.
- Benefits Administration: Managing employee benefits such as healthcare, insurance, and other perks.
- Compensation Planning: Assisting in the development of competitive compensation packages to attract and retain talent.
4. Performance Management
- Appraisals: Coordinating and managing the performance appraisal process.
- Employee Development: Identifying training needs and coordinating professional development opportunities.
- Succession Planning: Assisting in identifying and developing future leaders within the organization.
5. Compliance and Legal
- Labor Law Compliance: Ensuring that HR policies and practices comply with Singapore's Employment Act and other relevant labor laws.
- Workplace Safety: Collaborating with other departments to ensure workplace safety and compliance with safety regulations.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of employee data, including personal details, contracts, and performance reviews.
6. HR Strategy and Planning
- HR Policies: Developing, updating, and implementing HR policies that align with organizational goals.
- Workforce Planning: Assisting in planning and forecasting workforce needs.
- Change Management: Supporting organizational changes by managing the human aspect of change.
7. Training and Development
- Training Programs: Identifying training needs and organizing relevant training programs.
- Career Development: Providing support for employee career development through mentorship and training.
- Learning & Development: Encouraging a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
8. Employee Welfare and Well-being
- Work-Life Balance: Promoting initiatives that support work-life balance.
- Health & Well-being Programs: Implementing wellness programs and activities to improve employee health and well-being.
- Support Systems: Providing support through employee assistance programs (EAPs) and other resources.
9. HR Systems and Technology
- HRIS Management: Managing and maintaining the Human Resource Information System
- Data Analysis: Using HR data analytics to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.
10. Termination and Exit Management
- Exit Interviews: Conducting exit interviews and analyzing the feedback for organizational improvement.
- Separation Process: Managing the administrative aspects of employee termination, including final settlements and ensuring a smooth handover process.
