- Manage incoming customer phone calls.
- Schedule service or repair appointments for customers.
- Support service advisors with call center issues.
- Proactively reach out to customers via phone to remind them of upcoming service appointments and suggest scheduling.
- Respond to incoming emails from myAudiworld regarding customers' service appointments.
- Conduct follow-up calls regarding recalls or service campaigns.
- Handle general administrative tasks.
- Undertake any additional duties as assigned.
