Duties:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Handle payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Manage employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Oversee office supplies, facilities maintenance, and vendor management.
- Coordinate company events and meetings.
- Handle special projects and tasks as assigned by Senior Management.
Qualifications / Skills
- Education – Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience – 5 years of experience in similar field.
- Computing – Advanced MS Office and payroll software.
- HR Knowledge: Understands recruitment, hiring, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, and relevant regulations like those from the Ministry of Manpower (MOM). Familiar with managing employee information systems.
- HR Systems: Familiar with HR software, databases, and using metrics to evaluate HR performance.
