We are currently recruiting for an HR Manager into our Singapore office, who will support multiple offices within the Asia-Pacific region.
Supporting the Head of HR in APAC, this role is responsible for deliveing end-to-end HR activities, implementing HR projects and change initiatives aligned to our HR strategy. Delivering exceptional client service, this role will act as a business partner to Partners and staff, providing advice and guidance on all aspects of the employee lifecycle and proactively exploring opportunities and implementing projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
To be successful in this role, you will be a pro-active and commercial HR generalist ideally within a global law firm or professional services firm. You will have strong employee relations experience in multiple jurisdictions and be comfortable partnering with the businesses and implementing projects and processes independently.
Skills and experience - essential
- Experience of the full range of generalist HR disciplines and client facing business partnering
- Strong process, project and change management experience with proven ability to implement change initiatives successfully
- Experience of improving processes and driving value add HR service deliery
- Strong technical knowledge of method and models across HR
- Confident in core aspects of employment law and experienced in running complex ER matters
