Key Responsibilities:


Sales Performance: Take full ownership of booking and revenue targets, with a primary focus on expanding our customer base within Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong hunting mentality, proactively seeking out new business opportunities locally and closing deals with efficiency and precision.


Sales Optimization: Collaborate closely with customers to plan, implement, and optimize sales activities aimed at exceeding profit, market share, and sales turnover objectives.


Selling Premium Products: Demonstrate comfort and experience in selling premium products, positioning Big Ass Fans as the go-to solution for industrial-grade fans in the market.


Market Expansion: Potential for this role to evolve into a regional position, so candidates with regional experience will be at an advantage. Drive growth by identifying and capturing new business in the industrial segment, leveraging your relevant experience in this sector.


Collaboration: Work in tandem with our Marketing team to plan and execute activities that boost sales. Ensure accurate and up-to-date data management in Salesforce, and coordinate with the Customer Service and Product teams to support our partners and clients effectively.


Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Engineering or equivalent related course.
  • 5+ years of sales/commercial experience in the regional distribution of “Industrial products” through dealer/ distributor network.
  • Must possess a strong hunting mentality, with a drive to proactively seek out and close new business opportunities
  • Experience using CRM e.g. Salesforce.
  • Planning and Project Management skills.
  • Strong Business Analytical skills.
  • Strategic agility and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional Communication and Presentation skills.
  • Creative and innovative mindset with potential to mentor & lead the sales team.
  • Result-driven, accountable, with integrity and a commitment to excellence.
