Responsibilities:
· Manage corporate secretarial portfolios of entities within the group, which includes updating and maintaining statutory and corporate records, filing with ACRA and relevant authorities.
· Prepare board/shareholders resolutions, minutes and other corporate documentation.
· Assist in Human Resource management and administrative duties.
· Liaise with insurers on general and medical insurance.
Requirements:
· Diploma in paralegal studies / SAICSA Executive Diploma in Corporate Administration or Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators qualification.
· Minimum 2 years corporate secretarial experience.
· Experience in drafting resolutions.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills.
· Proficient in MS Office suite
· Singapore citizen or PR
