Work Location: Woodlands / CCK / Jurong East / Tampines
Working Hours: 5 days work week (2 off days on weekdays)
- Monday : Rest Day
- Tuesday : 1:00pm to 6:00pm / 6:00pm to 10:00 pm
- Wednesday to Friday : 1:00pm to 9:30pm
- Saturday and Sunday : 8:30am to 6:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and process new enrolments and registration for students
- In-charge of school fee collection
- Handle & follow-up on customers' enquires via email / phone call
- Assist in school operations when required
- Other ad-hoc admin duties
Requirements:
- Able to work in the evenings and weekends
- Possess customer service skills and comfortable to handle children
- Bilingual in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking parents and children
