Role Overview:
The ideal candidate is passionate, creative and detail oriented. This role demands a competence in all aspects of event planning and maintaining existing client relationships while also contributing to the growth of our account portfolio through new business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and nurture effective client relationships, ensuring client needs are consistently met with timely and appropriate responses.
- Communicate clearly with clients about roles, responsibilities, scope, budget, schedules and project status.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and status to ensure successful execution.
- Oversee end-to-end event operations, including venue sourcing, securing third-party costs, and on-site event management.
- Guide the development, writing and presentation of project proposals, schedules, and plans to meet client expectations.
- Collaborate closely with creative and production teams to maintain the integrity and quality of work.
- Support the agency’s growth by contributing to new business acquisition efforts.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an event, marketing, or creative agency; or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Event Management, or related field.
- A curious mindset with deep interest in culture and a passion for experiential marketing.
- Excellent command of English, with the ability to convey thoughts clearly and succinctly.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts easily to last-minute changes.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Apple Keynote, and related software tools.
