Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries directed to the team.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including pre-onboarding activities and paperwork completion.
- Process HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, employment certification.
- Administration and tracking of probation confirmation and contract renewals.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirement
- Min Diploma in Human Resource or related discipline.
- No experience required as training provided
