Responsibilities
- Handle 360 recruitment function
- Handle the new joiner Onboarding
- Maintain employee Personnel File records
- Assist with payroll processing and matters
- Maintain employee Leave records
- Plan company events
- Monitor office supplies
- Oversee employee training
- Provide admininistrative support for any HR projects and initiatives
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in HR
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiar with HRIS software
- Good communication and interpersonal skils
- Strong analytical skills
- Possess an eye for design and proficiency in photo and video editing tools (e.g. Canva)
