Job Responsibilities
- Lead HR operational activities, guide, train and develop the team on the daily activities of the HR
operations team. - Implement new company policies and develop processes and systems that support HR
operations’ needs. - Design, monitor, and improve HR processes, policies, and technologies regularly from a people-
centred perspective. - Develop training materials, communications plan and engage with all stakeholders to ensure
changes are well implemented. - Be a point of contact for employees in the business and provide professional advice on the
interpretation of HR related matters. - Lead and/or participate in projects, events, committees
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Sound knowledge of Employment Act and Labour Laws.
- Prior experience in HR operations and generalist work is required.
- Critical thinker and process-oriented.
- Resourceful and self-motivated.
