Job Responsibility
- Ensure the effective, efficient, and professional delivery of HR plans, programs, processes, and services through collaborative partnerships with Centres of Excellence and Group Shared Services.
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, serving as a trusted HR partner by providing tailored solutions to address business needs.
- Offer expert advice on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures, employment legislation, performance management, manpower planning, recruitment, and rewards strategies.
- Champion employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale, foster positive workplace relationships, and drive increased productivity and retention.
- Enhance the talent pipeline by facilitating performance and talent reviews, along with conducting engagement surveys in collaboration with business leaders.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers, overseeing activities related to industrial relations, employee grievances, conduct, and disciplinary matters.
- Take a proactive role in leading and/or participating in projects, events, and committees as required or assigned.
Job Requirement
- Possess a degree in Human Resource Management or an equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience of at least 8 years in human resource functions.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management abilities to effectively engage staff across all levels.
- Resourceful, proactive, and self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to take initiative.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of inspiring and motivating teams.
- Thorough understanding and knowledge of the Employment Act and Labour Laws.
