Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:
- Submit completed Government Paid Childcare/Paternity/Shared Parental Leave to the MSF portal for claims reimbursement
- Reconcile MSF claims and grants to ensure correct charging of the correct cost centre
- Follow-up with MSF for any queries or additional requests by MSF
- Conduct audit checks for leave applications backend to ensure staff are adhering to compliance (for example: verifying MCs submitted are following sick leave period)
- Any other assigned ad hoc tasks
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR/administrative work
- Able to manage high-volume activities and handle data confidentiality
- Able to commit the full 6 months
- IT savvy and comfortable with the use of Microsoft Excel (vlookup & pivot table)
- Organized, meticulous and proactive
