Key Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative duties related to Sales and Purchase transactions, including data entry, order processing, and control.
- Manage stock, inventory, and reconcile records with HQ.
- Serve as Cash Administrator, handling cash/card transactions and petty cash.
- Ensure smooth operation of all administrative tasks in the assigned boutique.
- Act as the primary contact point between boutiques and other departments.
- Communicate all directives, memos, or any other instructions from HQ to boutique staff.
- Maintain clear, organized, and regularly checked filing systems.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by HQ.
Requirements:
- GCE N/O Level or above
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays (with off days on a rotation basis)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Chinese associates
Working Hours: 5 days per week, retail hours (10am to 9pm)
Off Days: Rotation basis (Weekends and Public Holidays included)
