The Role
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Develop a consistent content calendar to streamline content production and distribution.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content that resonates with our target markets and aligns with our brand voice.
- Analyze social media performance, prepare regular reports, and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging channels, and best practices.
- Strengthen our Employer Branding on social media to attract more talents.
Website Content Management:
- Oversee the content strategy for the company website, including news and blog posts.
- Continuously optimize marketing campaigns based on performance analysis and industry trends.
- Monitor website analytics to assess content performance.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1 year experience in a marketing role, preferably within the B2B or FinTech industries.
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms and content creation.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and website analytics.
- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for digital currencies and the fintech space is a plus.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Previous experience in a startup or high-growth company.
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency regulations and their impact on marketing activities.
