Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative duties related to Sales and Purchase transactions, including data entry, order processing, and control.
- Manage stock and inventory, ensuring reconciliation with HQ’s records.
- Handle cash and card transactions, as well as petty cash management.
- Ensure the smooth running of administrative functions within the boutique.
- Act as the liaison between the boutique and other departments.
- Communicate all directives, memos, and instructions to boutique staff.
- Maintain organized and clear filing systems, regularly checking paperwork.
- Undertake any additional duties assigned by HQ as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N/O Level or above.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently.
- Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays (with off days on a rotation basis).
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking associates.
